Tee Time Reservation Policy

     1.  Tee time reservations are available for weekends and holidays.

     2.  Reservations are accepted beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the Tuesday preceding the weekend or 

          holiday.  NO reservations shall be accepted before 8:00 a.m. on Tuesdays.

     3.  Reservations may be made either in person or by phone by calling the Pro Shop numbers.

     4.  To make a reservation, a person must leave a name and phone number.

     5.  Individuals may only reserve two (2) tee times per Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.  Only one name

          needs to be given for each tee time.

     6.  Group outings and tournaments of over four (4) tee times shall make advanced arrangements

          through the Leisure Services Office and are subject to the Policies for Golf Tournaments and

          Outings.

     7.  No-shows will be documented by pro shop staff.  Any person or group that twice fails to give

          notification of cancellation of their reservation will forfeit reservation privileges.
