    Park Reservations

    If a park shelter cannot accommodate your event, parks and park amenities may be reserved as well. 

    You will need to fill out a Facility Special Event Request Form and return to the Leisure Services office. Please note that this form requires approval from multiple City of Waterloo departments and may take a few weeks to process. Please plan accordingly.

    Gates Park Reservations

    If you are making an event request at Gates Park there is a separate event request form only for Gates Park. Please note that this form requires approval from multiple City of Waterloo departments and may take a few weeks to process. Please plan accordingly.
